Certain international countries are not eligible for shipment. If an order is placed for a country outside of our shipping area, a refund will be issued immediately and an email will be sent to your email address on file specifying the refund. Please email email@example.com if you would like to know about shipment availability and shipping costs for a specific country prior to ordering. BE SURE TO INCLUDE BOTH THE PRODUCT(S) YOU ARE INTERESTED IN AND COUNTRY YOU ARE INQUIRING ABOUT IN YOUR EMAIL.

If you purchase a product listed on the site as 'NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE-US ONLY', a refund will be issued for the product(s) immediately and an email will be sent to your email address on file specifying the refund. Any other additional products in your original order will still ship to the international address previously designated by you at checkout.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not within 7 days of delivery.
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Returns received outside of the 7 day window will be issued Store Credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (shipping costs vary). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or a store credit will be issued if return is received after 7 days of original purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are final sale.
We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (shipping costs vary). Once the item has been received, we will send out the exchange. If there is a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for that amount prior to shipment.
